1：怎么找到收件人?

任意大学任意专业通常都有自己邮箱，至少有自己院系邮箱，通常都直接列在自己官网，你只需要找到自己申请的专业的官网，官网上通常有自己的邮箱；(如图)

2：邮件模板：

E标题：万能标题： “inquiry regarding the xx”

如：inquiry regarding the application status/ result/outcome - 1234567-Zhang. San (俺想问问俺的申请+申请ID+俺叫啥)

E内容：

模板 1：X冷淡风，基本上万能：

Dear officer, 

Good day, 

写法第一种：I wrote to you to ask about my application outcome. I submitted my application more than two months ago, and I would most appreciate it if you could tell me whether I still have a chance to be

considered for admission.Thank you.

写法第二种: I submitted my application for your master's program in finance in February, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you about my application.Could you please tell me when the application result will be available?
